How to request a refund

Email smartcontract@studio2c.es with "Refund Request" in the subject line, including the email address associated with your account. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via Stripe.

After 30 days

We are unable to issue refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase. If you're experiencing an issue with the Service, please contact us — we'll do our best to help.

Eligibility

The refund policy applies to the Pro subscription only. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the billing portal, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.
